Job summary

Novacell Telecom is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the commercial and operational performance of its assigned store(s). The role includes directing Store Personnel, driving sales targets, maintaining retail standards, and reporting inventory and sales data to support head-office programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with a focus on customer experience and precise reporting. Location is Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent education with strong people-management aptitude.
• Proven sales leadership and store-operations experience preferred.
• Experience in hobby shops, collectibles, or specialty retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales and operational performance of the assigned store(s).
• Drive achievement of store sales targets and close performance gaps with action plans.
• Conduct regular product knowledge, selling skills, service standards, and process checks with Store Personnel.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, and deployment of Store Personnel.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales/inventory reports.
