Qualifications

• Graduate of any two-year or four-year college course.
• Pleasing, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
• Excellent sales, people-management, and store-management skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple stores or locations when required.
• Experience in hobby shops, collectibles, specialty retail, or a similar environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day sales and operational performance of the assigned store or stores.
• Achieve the sales quota assigned to each store and develop appropriate actions to address performance gaps.
• Regularly conduct product knowledge, selling skills, service standards, and process checks with Store Personnel.
• Manage and monitor the attendance, punctuality, scheduling, deployment, and coverage of Store Personnel.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports within required timelines.
• Implement sales, marketing, promotional, merchandising, and customer-engagement programs cascaded by Head Office.
• Ensure that every assigned store is maintained in pristine condition, including displays, merchandise presentation, cleanliness, signage, and overall customer experience.
• Maintain strong and professional working relationships with mall management and other relevant location partners, and promptly address store-related concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels, inventory movements, stock counts, and discrepancies across assigned stores and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
• Lead employee-relations matters involving Store Personnel in coordination with Human Resources, including attendance, conduct, performance, coaching, and disciplinary concerns.
• Lead and support the training and development of Store Personnel in coordination with the Training Team.
• Coach Store Personnel on sales conversion, customer engagement, product knowledge, database building, and achievement of sales targets.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
