Job summary

Qualifications

• College level or higher is preferred.
• Excellent selling and customer engagement skills.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to initiate conversations with customers.
• Experience in hobby shops or collectibles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Man the assigned store during scheduled hours and adapt shifts as needed.
• Achieve the sales quota and other targets set for the store or self.
• Maintain 100% familiarity with in-store products, pricing, and promotions.
• Engage mall foot traffic and convert qualified traffic into customers.
• Build and update a customer database per company procedures and privacy rules.
• Ensure accurate daily sales, payments, and receipts.
• Conduct and document weekly inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Keep selling area, displays, and customer areas clean and presentable.
• Be willing to be reassigned to different store locations within the area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
