• College level education or higher is required.
• Excellent selling, customer engagement, and communication skills.
• Experience in hobby shops, collectibles, or specialty retail is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Man the assigned store during operating hours.
• Achieve the sales quota and store targets.
• Maintain 100% familiarity with in-store products, pricing, availability, promotions, and collector or hobby information.
• Actively engage mall or location foot traffic, inviting potential customers to visit and convert qualified traffic into buyers.
• Build, update, and maintain an accurate customer database per company procedures and privacy requirements.
• Ensure complete and accurate accounting of daily sales, payments, receipts, and related transactions.
• Conduct and document inventory counts at least weekly and report discrepancies, loss, or stock concerns.
• Keep selling area, displays, merchandise, and customer-facing areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift.
• Be ready and willing to be assigned or reassigned to different store locations within the assigned area as required by business needs.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
