Job summary

Novacell Telecom is hiring Store Personnel to handle day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service. You will maintain product knowledge, handle transactions, and support inventory accuracy across locations within the assigned area.

The role requires active customer engagement, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple store sites as needed by business requirements. Previous retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• College level or higher
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Able to engage customers and meet sales targets
• Willing to work across multiple store locations

Responsibilities

• Man the assigned store during operating hours and be flexible to changes in shifts.
• Achieve sales quota and other targets for the store or individual.
• Maintain familiarity with products, pricing, availability, and promotions to assist customers.
• Engage mall foot traffic, invite customers to visit, and convert interest into sales.
• Build and update customer database per company procedures and privacy rules.
• Ensure accurate accounting of daily sales, payments, and receipts.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly.
• Keep selling areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout shifts.
• Be prepared to be reassigned to different store locations within the area as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
