Datamatics CMS PH is seeking a Universal Trainer to facilitate learning and development programs that improve employee skills, knowledge, and performance across the organization. You will design training materials, deliver in-person, virtual, and e-learning sessions, assess effectiveness with quizzes and feedback, and maintain session records and development plans in collaboration with HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Training and Development or related field.
• Experience as a trainer or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with training technology and LMS.

Responsabilités

• Deliver in-person, virtual, and e-learning training sessions.
• Develop and update training materials in collaboration with SMEs.
• Assess training effectiveness with quizzes and feedback.
