Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations Manager – Kiosk Operations to oversee the daily operations and performance of six kiosks. The role ensures standard operating procedures, sales target achievement, staffing, inventory control, product quality, customer satisfaction, and policy compliance across all locations.

The position also monitors kiosk performance, addresses operational issues, develops employees, and implements improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• At least three years of relevant experience in retail, food & beverage, kiosk operations, or multi-location operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across six kiosks and ensure compliance with operating procedures.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and analyze trends to improve revenue and average spend.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate kiosk personnel; manage staffing schedules and deployment.
• Ensure product quality, presentation, pricing accuracy, and customer satisfaction across all kiosks.
• Maintain inventory controls, stock levels, and proper receiving and documentation.
• Enforce cash handling, POS accuracy, and end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
• Prepare consolidated operational reports and coordinate with HR, Marketing, Accounting, and Supply Chain.
