Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the kiosk/store area.
• Assist local and international customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Lead, train, and support service crew members.
• Promote and drive sales of company products.
• Ensure proper food handling, serving standards, cleanliness, and food presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Monitor daily sales performance and help achieve sales targets.
• Prepare reports related to sales, attendance, and operations.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper staff scheduling.
