Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Roving Kiosk Manager to oversee and manage multiple kiosk locations within the mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maximizing sales, and leading teams across various kiosks, all while providing excellent customer service and ensuring consistent brand standards.

• Manage the operations of multiple kiosks within the mall, ensuring each location meets sales targets and operates efficiently.
• Lead, train, and motivate kiosk staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels at all kiosks, ensure proper stock management, and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Conduct regular visits to each kiosk to ensure cleanliness, organization, and product display standards are maintained.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of kiosk staff, providing feedback, coaching, and support to improve sales and customer service.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Review sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each kiosk, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to boost performance.
• Assist with training new kiosk staff, ensuring they are familiar with product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with mall policies, company procedures, and safety regulations across all kiosk locations.
• Collaborate with upper management to implement promotional strategies, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns at kiosks.
• Travel between kiosk locations as needed, providing on-the-ground support and ensuring consistent operational success.
• Previous experience in retail or kiosk management, preferably with experience overseeing multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with inventory management, sales tracking, and performance analysis.
• Ability to travel between locations as required.
