Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer service across multiple channels.
• Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator or Photoshop) or a degree in creatives/design.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Tech-savvy with social platforms and applications.
• People coordination and relationship-building skills.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Adobe Illustrator experience.
• Understanding of basic art/design concepts (sizing, file types, Pantone colors).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels (phone, email, chat, face-to-face).
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, tracking, billing, and product education.
• Review and communicate artwork guidelines with customers.
• Process order changes, reprints, and timeline adjustments efficiently.
• Provide customer education and product promotion.
• Manage customer complaints with a resolution-focused mindset.
• Make outgoing calls when required in a prompt and professional manner.
