Deployed is seeking a customer service professional to join our on-site team in Pasig, handling inquiries across phone, email, chat, and in person. You will support orders, provide product education, and promote offerings while ensuring a smooth customer journey.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of multi-channel customer service experience, strong multitasking, and solid Adobe Suite skills. A friendly, professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset are essential for this role.

Requirements

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years customer service experience across multiple channels
• 2 to 4 years experience with Adobe Suite Products(illustrator or photoshop)
• Strong multitasking ability
• Tech-savvy with social platforms and applications
• People coordination and relationship building skills
• Effective problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Illustrator experience
• Understanding of basic art and design concepts (sizing, file types, Pantone colors)

Work Arrangement

• Work Setup: On-site
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am PDT flexi start time, should complete nine 9 hours work
