Job summary

HR Primo Management Services is seeking an HR Generalist to support multiple pawnshop branches in the Philippines. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, compensation and benefits, and policy implementation.

You will ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations, maintain HR records, and provide branch visits as needed. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to branches as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS is an advantage.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
• Familiarity with Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and BSP pawnshop compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for branch and head office employees.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and branch managers regarding HR concerns and employee relations.
• Facilitate employee disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
• Coordinate performance evaluations, employee engagement programs, and learning and development initiatives.
• Administer compensation and benefits, attendance monitoring, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR reports.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and other government requirements.
• Provide HR support and coordination across multiple branches, including regular branch visits when necessary.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
