Carabao Cloud Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Azure, O365, server, cloud, and network issues. You'll support Windows and Mac OS in a global MSP environment and collaborate with U.S.

clients from Tayabas, Philippines. The role emphasizes SLA-driven workflows, onboarding/offboarding in Azure AD, and hands-on networking and security tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an MSP environment.
• Hands-on with modern IT tools (RMM, PSA, MDM, security stack).
• Global IT support with SLA-driven workflows.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory administration.
• 2+ years in Microsoft 365 administration and hybrid cloud environments.
• Basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Firewall management and troubleshooting.
• Virtualisation technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Basic Mac OS support.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to support international clients in a high-pressure environment.
• AMENABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN TAYABAS, QUEZON PROVINCE.

Responsibilities

• Onboard/offboard in Azure AD (account creation and deletion).
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint configuration and distribution list management.
• Configure VPN and VLAN setup and configuration.
• Provide end-to-end desktop support in a corporate environment, including hardware/software/OS performance and remote connectivity.
