Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a competent help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance across a diverse client portfolio, addressing queries on basic issues and guiding users to resolution.

The role covers Unified Communications, Network, Telephony and Cloud, requires strong communication, customer focus, and willingness to work a rostered 24/7 schedule including night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced MSP environment.
• Mid-level Azure and Office 365 troubleshooting including Exchange Admin, SharePoint and server/AD.
• Basic network troubleshooting with Wi-Fi, firewall and VPN concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine IT issues and escalate more complex ones.
• Serve as the first contact via phone or email.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and ask pertinent questions.
• Determine best solution based on issue details and guide users to resolution.
• Walk customers through problem-solving steps and provide product information.
• Log events and resolutions in logs and update customer status.
• Pass feedback to internal teams and suggest process improvements.
