Job summary

Prime IT Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist in Quezon City, Philippines. You will review contracts and configure billing agreements in ConnectWise Manage, ensuring services, pricing, and terms are accurately reflected.

You will collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Service Delivery, and Finance to prevent revenue leakage and maintain consistency with NetSuite records. The ideal candidate has hands-on ConnectWise Manage experience, MSP billing knowledge, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in billing operations, contract administration, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with ConnectWise Manage agreements and billing setups.
• Understanding of MSP billing models (recurring, fixed-fee, project, time-and-materials).
• Ability to review contracts and translate terms into billing configurations.

Responsibilities

• Review signed contracts, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and renewals for services, pricing, and terms.
• Set up and maintain customer agreements in ConnectWise Manage with accurate billing cycles and renewals.
• Process amendments, service changes, price changes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Identify discrepancies and clarify terms with Sales/Finance before activation.
