Responsibilities

• Ensure clarity and compliance in bill narrations for eBilling systems.
• Perform compliance checks based on client SLAs.
• Prepare and analyze WIP reports for billing against SLAs.
• Coordinate with fee-earners to gather pre-bills and manage WIP.
• Handle bill reversals and communicate billing plans to lawyers.
• Add disbursements to final bills and ensure rate alignment.
• Save billing documentation in FileSite.
