Job summary

Manila Doctors Hospital (Manila Medical Services Inc.) is seeking an experienced MRI Supervisor to lead our MRI facility in Metro Manila. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise technologists, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with radiologists to optimize imaging workflows.

The role emphasizes staff development, equipment maintenance, and accurate record-keeping to sustain high diagnostic standards in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Radiologic Technologist with 5+ years' MRI experience.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a medical imaging department.
• Strong knowledge of MRI physics, safety protocols, and imaging techniques.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for medical imaging.
• Proficiency in medical imaging software and PACS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MRI technologists and staff; manage scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Ensure MRI safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee MRI equipment operation; coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Monitor patient flow and scheduling for imaging services.
• Maintain records of equipment performance, QA tests, and staff competencies.
• Liaise with radiologists and physicians on imaging protocols and patient requirements.
• Implement and enforce departmental policies and procedures.
