Job summary

Maxicare Health Care in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Radiologic Technologist to lead the imaging department, elevating standards and ownership of imaging operations.

You will guide a team, mentor technologists, ensure radiation safety, and coordinate with doctors to deliver high-quality, patient-centered diagnostic services.

Candidates with 2–5 years' radiology experience and a PRC license are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• BS in Radiologic Technology and PRC license are required.
• 2–5 years of radiology/imaging experience is preferred.
• Ability to mentor peers and support informal leadership within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the imaging department to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee daily radiology operations and workflows to optimize patient experience.
• Mentor technologists and develop a culture of accountability and growth.
