Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist with valid license.
• At least five years in a supervisory/managerial radiology role.
• Strong knowledge of radiology operations and workflows.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and supervisory skills.
• ACLS/BLS certification preferred.
• Master's degree or formal specialty training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Radiology Section for efficient workflow.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate radiologic technologists and staff.
• Ensure equipment use, maintenance, and quality control.
• Implement radiation safety policies in compliance with standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and coverage for radiology services.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in budgeting and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain records and documentation of radiology services.
• Stay updated on new radiology modalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and management to improve service delivery.
