You will mentor technologists, oversee daily operations, uphold radiation safety, and collaborate with physicians to provide patient‑centered care and measurable performance improvements. Requirements: BS in Radiologic Technology, valid PRC License, and 2–5 years in radiology with leadership experience. This is a full‑time role.

Qualifications

• BS in Radiologic Technology and PRC license.
• 2–5 years of radiology/imaging experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus.
• Confident decision-making for daily operations.
• Experience mentoring colleagues (formal or informal).
• Ability to balance patient care, team leadership, and operations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the radiology team in delivering accurate, timely, and patient-centered diagnostic services
• Oversee daily imaging operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient experience
• Ensure strict compliance with radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements (serve as Safety Officer)
• Mentor and develop technologists — building a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
• Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
• Handle operational challenges proactively and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with doctors, clinic leaders, and cross-functional teams for seamless patient care
• Ensure proper utilization, maintenance, and readiness of imaging equipment
