Qualifications

• BS in Radiologic Technology with PRC license required.
• 2–5 years of radiology/imaging experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus.
• Ability to mentor peers and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the radiology team to deliver accurate, timely, patient-centered services.
• Oversee daily imaging operations for smooth workflow and patient experience.
• Ensure radiation safety standards and regulatory compliance; act as Safety Officer.
• Mentor technologists and foster accountability, growth, and excellence.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements.
• Proactively handle operational challenges and make sound decisions.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinic leaders for seamless care.
