Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in quality in manufacturing environments (electronics).
• Strong knowledge of core quality tools (8D, 7 QC tools, MSA, SPC, GD&T).
• Understanding of QMS standards (ISO 9001:2015).
• Experience with process audits and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key quality interface for customers and ensure compliance.
• Manage complaints and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
