Teradyne in Cebu, Philippines seeks a Quality Engineer to champion product excellence in repair processes and RCA/CAPA initiatives. You will craft QA protocols, analyze repair data, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalations while focusing on KPI-driven yield improvements and RoHS/PCBA compliance.

The role requires a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent, a strong sense of urgency, and solid analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• High sense of urgency; interfaces with different levels in the organization.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Background in process control tools is required.
• Knowledge in Failure analysis and PCB technology is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Electronic PCBA Manufacturing Tin-Lead and RoHS Processes and RoHS directive 2001/95/EC compliance is an advantage.
• Experience in conducting audits using a process-based approach is a plus.
• AI and Automation Literate is a plus.
• Local candidates only; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement well-defined repair processes and procedures.
• Gathers, analyzes, and utilizes repair process data to initiate improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution of customer escalations.
• Develop customized solutions to increase system yield and meet KPIs and transfer requirements.
• Drives RCA and CAPA implementations to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Generates timely reports on status of process performance and projects.
• Owns the overall health of repair processes and ensures standards and customer requirements are met.
