Job summary

Molex is seeking a Quality Manager in the Philippines to lead the development and continuous improvement of quality systems across our facilities. You will ensure conformance to customer and engineering specifications, drive a culture of quality excellence, and support organizational goals through robust quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Five or more years of experience leading quality systems in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience managing and improving quality management systems and standards.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and driving change.
• Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs.
• Drive quality excellence through preventive actions and zero-defect initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IATF/TS 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and corporate requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems supporting business and customer requirements.
• Act as primary liaison for customer quality concerns and external audits.
• Facilitate quality review meetings, CAPA processes, and quality metrics.
• Support new product and project implementation through quality planning.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives.
• Oversee quality-related health, safety, and environmental activities.
• Support talent development, coaching, and performance management.
