Job summary

TE Connectivity in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Quality leader to act as the key quality interface for customers, ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. You will support new product introductions, develop inspection plans, and lead corrective actions.

• Experience with process audits and problem solving.

It supports new product introductions, develops inspection plans, and collaborates on corrective actions, while also leading quality documentation and process reviews to uphold customer and operational requirements.

Job Requirements

Education, Technical Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Engineering or technical field with equivalent (process) engineering experience
• With at least 6-7 years (minimum) of working experience in the Quality department, with strong knowledge in manufacturing process and production environment (product: connector, semiconductor, electronics assemblies; process: Assembly, Molding, Stamping, Plating).
• Knowledge and application of core quality tools such as 8D, 7 QC tools, MSA, SPC, FACA, etc.
• With a good understanding of QMS standards (ISO 9001:2015, etc.).
• Strong background in problem solving, continuous improvement, process audits, and GD&T (nice to have).

Personal Attributes & Competencies

• With excellent oral communication and business correspondence writing skills (with good command of the English language)
• Strong sense of responsibility, collaboration, and teamwork.
• A self-starter can work with minimum supervision.
