• Monitors daily QC-related irregularities in Production for immediate action.
• Schedules inspection and assigns inspectors.
• Prepares training materials and conducts lectures for inspectors.
• Verifies SOP or BOM changes and informs Production.
• Prepares documents for Quality meetings and assists in observation reports.
