Job summary

ASEC Development and Construction Corporation seeks an experienced MEPF Coordinator to oversee multiple project sites, ensuring proper implementation, quality, safety, documentation, and timely completion of all MEPF activities.

You will lead coordination meetings with MEPF engineers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other trades, review drawings, and maintain thorough records to support project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field.
• Experience in MEPF construction and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, drawings, testing, commissioning, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEPF works across multiple sites ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, codes, and schedules.
• Coordinate MEPF drawings, shop drawings, and installation plans with architectural, structural, and civil works.
• Lead coordination meetings with MEPF engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Monitor installation progress, resolve technical conflicts, and prevent clashes and delays.
• Ensure MEPF quality, safety, inspection, testing, and commissioning requirements are met.
• Lead punch lists and coordinate QA/QC inspections and approvals.
• Review testing, commissioning, turnover drawings, and documentation.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, RFIs, submittals, approvals, inspection reports, warranties.
• Provide regular progress updates and coordinate schedule adjustments with Project Manager and Head Office.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with company standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee MEPF works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project schedules.
• Review and coordinate MEPF drawings, shop drawings, and installation plans with architectural, structural, and civil works.
• Lead coordination meetings with MEPF Engineers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other trades.
• Monitor installation progress, resolve technical conflicts, and prevent clashes, delays, and rework.
• Ensure proper implementation of MEPF quality, safety, inspection, testing, and commissioning requirements.
• Lead punch list and non-conformance resolution and coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and approvals.
• Review and verify testing, commissioning, as-built drawings, and turnover documentation.
• Maintain organized records of MEPF drawings, RFIs, submittals, approvals, inspection reports, warranties, and other project documents.
• Provide regular MEPF progress updates and coordinate schedule adjustments with the Project Manager and Head Office.
• Ensure MEPF subcontractors comply with company standards and project requirements.

• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, construction drawings, testing and commissioning, and applicable codes.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
