Job summary

BKL Construction Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer to supervise MEPFS installation and monitor site activities, ensuring adherence to plans and standards. The ideal candidate will interpret MEPFS plans, shop drawings, and specs; coordinate with civil, structural, architectural teams; and conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety.

With at least 1 year of MEPFS construction or project management experience and a valid PRC license, you will prepare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• MEPFS construction/project management experience of at least 1 year.
• Knowledgeable in MEPF systems, installation, and site coordination.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and plans.
• With PRC License.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; willing to work on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor MEPFS installation and site activities.
• Review and interpret MEPFS plans, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate MEPFS works with civil, structural, architectural, and other project teams.

• Identify and resolve technical issues and site conflicts.

• Assist in material inspection and verification.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEPFS systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
