JB KONSTRUKTURA is seeking an MEPF Engineer to oversee the design review, planning, coordination, installation, and supervision of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems on-site. The role ensures all MEPF works comply with approved plans, safety standards, and project schedules.
The position requires coordinating with design consultants, preparing shop drawings and method statements, and conducting QA/QC, testing and commissioning, with proper turnover documentation on completion.
The MEPF Engineer is responsible for the design review, planning, coordination, installation, and supervision of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems on-site. Ensures that all MEPF works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Review and interpret MEPF plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with design consultants to resolve discrepancies and technical issues.
Prepare shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Ensure all systems comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.
Monitor and supervise daily MEPF installation works.
Ensure proper execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Conduct inspections to verify work quality and compliance with approved drawings.
Coordinate with civil/structural teams to avoid conflicts and delays.
Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.
Attend coordination meetings and provide technical inputs.
Ensure proper integration of all MEPF systems within the project.
Implement QA/QC procedures for MEPF works.
Conduct testing and commissioning of systems.
Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
Maintain documentation such as inspection reports and checklists.
Ensure all MEPF activities comply with safety standards and site regulations.
Coordinate with Safety Officers to minimize risks during installation.
Enforce proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
Track progress of MEPF works against project schedule.
Assist in preparing progress reports and billing accomplishments.
Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee testing, balancing, and commissioning of all systems.
Ensure systems are fully operational and meet performance requirements.
Prepare as-built drawings and turnover documents.
