Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in electrical construction or MEPF projects.
• Ability to read electrical, MEPF, architectural and structural plans.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

About the role

We are looking for a Project In-Charge – Electrical to oversee and coordinate electrical and MEPF-related works at project sites. The role will be responsible for ensuring that project activities are executed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

The position will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical and MEPF works at project sites

• Review drawings and ensure proper coordination with architectural and structural plans

• Supervise contractors and site personnel to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion

• Monitor project progress, schedule, manpower, and material utilization

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in electrical construction, MEPF construction, project management, or site supervision

• Knowledge of electrical and MEPF systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection

• Ability to read and interpret electrical, MEPF, architectural, and structural plans

• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of construction site operations and project coordination

• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites
