Job summary

Business Trends Philippines is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth in Taguig. You will cover routes, visit stores, promote priority products, and develop accounts to achieve targets.

You will manage daily visits, report field activities, and ensure product visibility and FIFO practices. A customer-focused, independent worker with a motorcycle is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, route sales, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Own motorcycle/vehicle with valid driver's license.
• Willing to conduct daily field/store visits.
• Strong selling and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily store visits based on the approved route plan.
• Achieve assigned sales, account coverage, and new account targets.

• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising.
