Job summary

Business Trends Philippines is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth through effective route coverage, selling, merchandising, and account development. The role requires daily store visits and a focus on achieving sales targets across Cotabato, Sarangani, South Cotabato, and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidates have field sales experience, own a motorcycle or vehicle with a valid license, and are willing to conduct daily field visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or route sales (advantage).
• Own motorcycle/vehicle with valid driver's license.
• Willing to conduct daily field/store visits.
• Strong selling and customer relationship skills.
• Target-driven, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily store visits based on the approved route plan.
• Achieve assigned sales, account coverage, and new account targets.
• Sell and promote priority products using effective selling techniques.
• Develop existing accounts and acquire new customers.
• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising.
• Implement FIFO and remove damaged or expired products.
• Monitor competitor activities, out-of-stocks, and customer concerns.
• Submit daily sales, inventory, remittance, and field activity reports.
