City Savings Bank, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Collections Supervisor to lead and support a field collections team handling motorcycle loan accounts.

The role focuses on achieving targets, supervising collectors, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, monitoring activities, coordinating field visits, and preparing reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in field collections, preferably motorcycle loans, salary loans, consumer loans, or similar lending products.
• Previous supervisory/people management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of field collectors to achieve collection targets.
• Monitor daily collection activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement action plans to improve team productivity.
• Perform account monitoring, portfolio reviews, and delinquency management.
• Coordinate field collection activities and conduct client visits when necessary.
• Prepare and submit collection performance reports and recommendations to management.
• Investigate collection issues and resolve escalated borrower concerns.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely endorsement of accounts for further collection actions.
• Travel within the assigned area to monitor accounts, support collection activities, and supervise field personnel.
