Job summary

Pioneer Insurance in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead Motorcycle Retail accounts, grow enrollments, and ensure renewals and collections are achieved with precision.

You will coordinate with sales, servicing, and marketing teams, manage onboarding, contracts, and documentation (KYC, DPA, AMLA), supervise fieldwork, and drive cross-sell initiatives to meet aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, motor insurance sales, or automotive sales.
• Proven sales, cross-selling, and customer servicing experience.
• Experience onboarding accounts, contract/document management, collections.
• Background in marketing is an advantage.
• Strong compliance and relationship management.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned Motorcycle Retail accounts and meet sales and enrollment targets.
• Cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products.
• Monitor account profitability and ensure compliance with servicing standards.

• Coordinate claims follow-through and ensure turnaround time is met.
• Drive renewal initiatives and collaborate for marketing strategies.
• Conduct regular fieldwork and trade checks.
• Participate in planning, PPA processes, and staff development as applicable.
