Indicosmic Infotech Limited is hiring a Relationship Manager – Sales (AM/DM/Manager) for full-time Gujarat operations. The role focuses on selling motor insurance and allied products through dealers, training POS partners, and self-sourcing leads to achieve monthly targets.

Ideal candidates hold a graduate degree, have 1+ year motor insurance experience, and reside locally with a natural market. Owning a vehicle is preferred to meet clients regularly.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Male candidates preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in motor insurance.
• Local resident with a natural market in that location.
• Must own/drive a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler to meet clients regularly.

Responsabilités

• Represent the company and sell motor insurance and other products through dealers.
• Train POS partners on products and sales to meet targets.
• Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business to achieve monthly goals.
• Explain plan benefits and ensure it meets customer requirements.
• Self-source leads from local market and convert them to sales.
• Cross-sell / up-sell products to customers.
• Meet monthly business targets as per goal sheet.
• Maintain renewal base and achieve month-on-month renewal retention.
