Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Male candidates preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in motor insurance.
• Local resident with a natural market in that location.
• Must own/drive a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler to meet clients regularly.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and sell motor insurance and other products through dealers.
• Train POS partners on products and sales to meet targets.
• Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business to achieve monthly goals.
• Explain plan benefits and ensure it meets customer requirements.
• Self-source leads from local market and convert them to sales.
• Cross-sell / up-sell products to customers.
• Meet monthly business targets as per goal sheet.
• Maintain renewal base and achieve month-on-month renewal retention.
