Igssl is hiring for a full-time sales role in India. The candidate will spearhead sales efforts for core bank products, engage new customers for life and general insurance, and deepen relationships with existing clients.

The role involves field marketing activities that may require travel and meticulous CRM recording to track all interactions. Applicants should have a Graduate or Diploma in any stream, with 1-3 years in liability sales, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Young energetic freshers or experience in liability sales (1-3 years).

Responsabilidades

• Boosting sales: spearheading efforts to increase the bank's sales, focusing on core products like checking and savings accounts and term deposits.
• New customer engagement: identify and engage potential customers interested in life and general insurance policies, credit cards, and more.
• Client engagement: deepen existing client relationships by encouraging exploration of additional bank services, especially for inactive accounts.
• Field marketing activities: conduct marketing activities requiring travel to various locales and attract new clientele.
• Recording in system: record all customer interactions in the CRM for comprehensive tracking of sales activities.
• Guideline adherence: follow bank selling rules and marketing guidelines to ensure compliance.
