The candidate should have 1–2 years in admin, be proficient with Outlook and Excel, and demonstrate calm persistence with repairers and assessors. Early starts are required, with a stable work cadence.

Qualifications

• Motor claims experience required, including loading and evaluating repair quotes.
• 1–2 years in an administration role with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
• Clear, polite, persistent communication with repairers and assessors.
• Organised, methodical, able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Calm under pressure and discreet with claim information.
• Admit and correct mistakes early to prevent issues.
• Reliable for an early start.
• Familiar with estimating platforms used in claims.
• Understanding of total loss and salvage processes.
• Ability to support a parent business across time zones.
• Basic insurance terminology understood.

Responsibilities

• Load incoming quotes, images, and documents as they come in.
• Verify and categorise quotes so they’re ready for the assessor to review.
• Set up new claims and load forms, checking data for accuracy.
• Follow up with repairers on bookings and final invoices.
• Keep claim records accurate and filed properly.
• Maintain close contact with assessors and processing teams.
• Interact with repairers and external assessors calmly and persistently.
• Take on extra tasks to keep the queue clear.
