WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Motor Claims Supervisor for on-site work in Muntinlupa. You will oversee a team evaluating and settling motor insurance claims, ensuring adherence to policy coverage, policy terms, and service standards.

The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, a four-year degree, and strong analytical and communication skills in Tagalog and English. Familiarity with non-life insurance basics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• Experience in motor claims handling and the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient communication in Tagalog and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor motor car claim evaluation and approval.
• Verify, analyze, and investigate whether claims are covered by the policy.
• Ensure claims are attended to within the company's turnaround time.
• Develop action plans to improve the evaluation process.
• Collaborate with adjusters and processors to prevent fraud.
• Prepare recommendations for fair settlements.
• Prepare letters for the claims committee on total loss and carnap claims.
• Perform post-audit on claims and monitor outstanding losses; supervise claim processors.
• Review final reports of independent adjusters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
