Responsibilities

• Receiving, reviewing and validating motor insurance claims to ensure documents are complete and accurate.
• Assessing claim eligibility against policy terms, conditions and coverage limits.
• Investigating claims by liaising with claimants, witnesses and service providers to gather information.
• Determining liability and approving or rejecting claims based on policy provisions and findings.
• Processing claim payments and issuing settlement letters to claimants in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all claims transactions and correspondence.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claim queries and discrepancies.
• Identifying and flagging potentially fraudulent claims for further investigation.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant insurance regulations.
• Providing regular updates to claimants regarding the status of their claims.
