Job summary

Csgroup in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Motor Claims Handler to manage motor insurance claims from notification through settlement. You will liaise with insurers, workshops, surveyors, policyholders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.

Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle inspections, repairs, and claims documentation, reviewing documents, following up on outstanding matters, and providing professional customer service throughout the claims process.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
• Experience in motor claims or the motor insurance industry will be an advantage.
