BC Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Settlements & Customer Care Administration Officer to join our team in the non-bank lending sector. You will support settlements processes, ensure accurate data entry, and deliver high-quality customer service after settlements are completed.

You will coordinate with brokers, clients, and financial institutions, manage CRM records, respond to enquiries, and help maintain compliance with regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CRM systems and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to settlements officers or managers, assisting in resolving settlement issues.
• Accurately enter transaction details into settlement systems, ensuring data integrity across platforms.
• Be the primary point of contact for customer service via phone and email interactions.
• Manage Portal emails after settlement and handle arrears, rate changes, and various requests.
• Coordinate with brokers, clients, and financial institutions to resolve discrepancies in settlement instructions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; maintain records with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and document processes.
