Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in settlements within the Australian banking, mortgage, or lending industry.

Responsibilities

• Broker Support: handle broker enquiries via phone and email and provide status updates.
• Pipeline Management: track loan applications and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Settlements: follow up on settlements and support timely progression of loans.
• Broker Accreditation: coordinate accreditation processes and maintain broker records.
• General Sales Support: assist with valuation requests and day-to-day operational tasks.
