East West Banking Corporation in Makati is seeking a Sales Support Officer for the Mortgage Sales and Product Team. You will provide operational and compliance support to ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will review loan documentation, coordinate with internal units, and ensure timely report submission, while supporting process improvements and market analyses to back strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in MIS, Sales Support, or related area, with 5–7 years delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
• Detail-oriented, analytical with ability to produce accurate reports and insights.
• Adaptable, proactive and solution‑driven with strong deadline management.
• Collaborative, communicative and able to present insights to stakeholders while maintaining data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality loan file reviews and reports with timely submissions and QA.
• Ensure compliance and audit outcomes by following regulatory and internal policies.
• Drive process improvements, reduce recurring issues and improve turnaround time.
• Support project and system enhancements with timely delivery and documentation.
• Assist in marketing and program initiatives including performance tracking and market analysis.
