Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative work, banking operations, or customer service.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and customer service skills may be considered.

The Sales Assistant provides administrative, sales, and operational support to the Real Estate Loans Sales & Marketing Division. The role is responsible for assisting Sales Officers and Sales Managers in the end-to-end processing of mortgage loan applications, ensuring timely coordination with clients and internal units, maintaining accurate records, and supporting activities that contribute to the achievement of the division's sales and service objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or any related field.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in sales support, administrative work, banking operations, or customer service.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and customer service skills may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of loan products, mortgage financing, or banking operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
