Job summary

Moder Solutions Inc. is seeking a full-time onsite CSR to support US mortgage clients, assisting them with financial and homeownership goals. The role requires five years of BPO experience and excellent English communication, with weekend-free schedule or fixed weekends off as part of benefits.

You will collaborate with diverse teams and global leaders across the organization. Applicants must be ready to work graveyard/night shifts and have a background in insurance or mortgage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder or College Graduate required.
• Five years of BPO experience handling any of the following: Property Insurance, Home Insurance, Collections and Payment Processing, Home Insurance or Mortgage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work full-time onsite.
• Willing to work on a graveyard/night shift.
• Candidates without Insurance or Mortgage experience welcome if they have at least 5 years of CSR experience.
• Experience in billing or financial accounts is a nice-to-have.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a nice-to-have.
