Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Philippines is seeking a Home Lending Solutions Analyst to support the correspondent underwriting workflow. You will help move mortgage files through operations, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure timely updates and documentation quality.

This role aligns to U.S. business hours and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment with hybrid/on-site expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in mortgage banking/operations.
• Experience supporting file progression and underwriting support.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external clients.
• Familiarity with TRID/HMDA/CFPB requirements (training provided).
• Proficiency with Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support a shared pipeline/queue of correspondent loan activity to help maintain production and service standards
• Communicate with external clients and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and meetings to provide status updates and next steps
• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to documented process requirements
• Identify documentation gaps, missing conditions, and process breaks, and drive resolution through routing, follow-up, and escalation
• Coordinate with underwriting, compliance, funding, post-funding, and quality functions to support timely progression and clear documentation
• Maintain accurate, timely notes and outcomes in systems to support auditability and operational control
• Participate in recurring client and internal touchpoints, capture action items, and ensure disciplined follow-through
• Identify recurring defects, document themes and root causes, and recommend practical enhancements to reduce rework and improve customer experience
• Demonstrate ownership, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach to support customer satisfaction
