Qualifications

• 1–2 years in loan processing, mortgage brokerage support, or lending operations.
• Understanding of the full loan process: documents, credit assessment, valuations, and submission.
• Experience running servicing calculations and comparing lender products.
• Ability to write loan summaries and recommendations.
• Confident CRM and system data entry; quick learner with new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review new client files, documents, and scenario summaries from the broker.
• Research lender products to find right loan options for each client.
• Compute servicing and serviceability calculations across shortlisted lenders.
• Draft clear loan option summaries and recommendations for broker review.
• Enter data accurately and lodge loan applications in the CRM.
• Request missing documents via email and keep broker copied on exchanges.
• Pursue outstanding documents to keep applications on track.
• Support credit assessment and valuation requirements up to submission.
• Maintain tidy digital client files and application records.
• Suggest improvements to processes and workflows.
