Job summary

Additionally, you will maintain a logbook to monitor document transmittals and track pickup dates from BIR, ROD, and other government agencies, ensuring timely processing and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients in complying with pre-release requirements, inspecting documents for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Coordinate with the Credit Specialist or the Credit OPS Head for funds needed in mortgage registration and prepare settlement per account.
• Maintain a monitoring logbook for the transmittal of documents and log dates for document pickup from BIR, ROD and other government agencies.
