Job summary

Softouch Property Development Corporation is seeking a data processing professional to manage daily data tasks and ensure accurate transfer of titles and related documents. The role involves preparing government filings, notarization, and supporting PAG-IBIG loan processes with close coordination across accounting, marketing, admin and engineering teams.

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
1–2 years experience in Title Processing and Home/Credit Loans is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Attention to detail, prioritization and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to provide clear written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

Transact and process data on a day-to-day basis.
Prepare and file documents for government agencies (tax decs, permits, etc.).
Coordinate with various departments to monitor prerequisites on each transaction.
Assist buyers after loan releases and handle notarization and form submissions.
Entertain and process PAG-IBIG loan applications and related requirements.
