Acquire Intelligence is an award-winning global outsourcer. We’re seeking an Appointment Setter to contact and qualify Australian mortgage inquiries before scheduling with the Manager or Back End team.

The role requires experience in Australian mortgage or secured lending, gathering detailed financial and property information, and maintaining CRM records. Working hours are 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PHT, Monday to Friday, at our Eastwood, Quezon City office.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct Australian mortgage or secured lending experience.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, mortgage processing or credit assessment.
• Strong understanding of Australian mortgage processes and lending.
• Experience collecting detailed client financial and property information.
• Ability to review financial documents and existing loan commitments.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and mortgage platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify lending enquiries from clients.
• Gather detailed information on income, assets and credit position.
• Collect documents and perform due diligence before scheduling appointments.
• Prepare a clear client summary for the Manager or Back End team.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, provide confirmations and reminders.
• Maintain accurate notes and CRM records of interactions.
